One claim means reopening ten files.

We build the platform that holds your rules, your documents and your deadlines — and can tell you, at any moment, where every file stands.

01 · The situation
“To find out where a claim stands, you have to call the handler. And they have to open three different tools.”
What we hear — claims management
02 · What it costs you today

A claim file passes through several hands, several formats and several regulatory deadlines. Every handover costs re-keying, documents requested twice, and vague answers to the policyholder.

The least visible cost is the heaviest: nobody can say, without digging, which files will breach their deadline next week.

03 · What we deliver
What it is
  • A platform that tracks every file from notification to settlement
  • Your coverage rules and regulatory deadlines applied automatically
  • Documents requested only once, and checked on receipt
  • An overview of the files at risk of breaching their deadline
What it is not
  • A rating engine
  • An underwriting tool
  • Contract management software
  • A subscription to a platform shared with other insurers
04 · The first step
Scoping
One claims journey, measured end to end

We follow a representative claim type, from notification to settlement, with the people who handle it. We come away with the actual journey, the points of re-keying and the scope of the first go-live.

Deliverable
The written scope and its price
Scope
1 claim type
Preceded by a free thirty-minute call. The price of scoping is stated before we start; the fixed price of the first increment is given once scoping is complete.
05 · What comes next

The first go-live covers one claim type, then the others follow increment by increment, each priced before it starts. We then maintain the platform as your rules change.

07 · The questions we are asked
“We already have a management system.”
More often than not it handles the policy, not the claim. The useful question is how many tools a handler opens to process one file, and what that gap costs every day.
“What if you go out of business?”
Source code escrow with a third party, documentation delivered with every increment, reversibility written into the contract, standard non-proprietary technologies.
Paid on results, never for time spent · Sovereign EU delivery
